Opie's Belief

Wow two fucking years, did not even think about it until I was asleep last night. Really it came to me in my sleep. But any way because we sucked so much more in the beginning then now, that part should be obvious, we really don't remember when the first comic went up. My best bet is later in the mouth but I am just going to use the registration date for the domain.

On a not so random side note we still count the same even with the new domain name, mostly we just where tired of all the bitching about the way the domain was named so now it should be all good, of and we where lazy so n2d2p.com is much easy to type.

Last we or at lest I plan to go drinking to celebrate the 2 year thing nor am I going to stress to Opie that the comic really needs to get done today.

"You have not seen any thing yet"

Not really the comic that we talked about, still working on the communication thing, but it is a comic nonetheless really we just need to really and actually talk about them and write things done when we talk about them.

"Zilla!"

Again with the PAX. Then again I really have nothing against the PAX, in fact I may even love it but I digress. The idea for blood drive at PAX was brought up during one of the three PA panels. During lunch or some other meal Opie and I started talking about the logistics of how one would go about having a blood drive at PAX. Though we skipped some steps, well the truth behind it all is that we saw the funny that lay within the concept, here

"MORE PAX"

Aside from a few things that I am still working, small things at this point, the new "page" is done.

Ok then back to my ramblings. Not that much really changed aesthetically speaking well other then the domain. If you did not notice check it yo it is now n2d2p.com, so if ye have us book marked or such make note. The original nevertodrunktoplay.com still works thanks to a redirect but other then that it is at some point to go the way of the dodo.

Mind you the name is still the same we just made it harder to say but easier to remember or at lest that is the point. This debauchery of everything that is a webcomic is still and always will be Never 2 Drunk 2 Play.

Other then this the real news would be that we are and have been successfully updating two times a week

"Looky looky"

The three long, but glorious sleepless nights are over and have been for some time. What I speak of is PAX, may a thing happened this year but that is true for any and all PAXIS, the now semi official plural of PAX. But I will save most of the story telling for Saturdays post for reasons that will become clear in time.

Any way here is a new comic a day late and a new website later, well kind of. I like to think of it as a remodel more then a new site. Mostly this idea is based of a drinking game that Opie wanted to do with the original video that was Spore two years ago. You hear procedural, you take a drink and in any demo with evolving Spore, it really only takes about three to five sentences for the job to be done.

Sorry about all the errors but the comic needed to go up even though there are a lot of things that I'm working on but for the most part I would say that its about 76% done.

"PAX"

I have heard rumors many a time, if I till you do I become you? Don't really know if there is any truth behind it or not. The one thing that I do know is PAX is this weekend. With that said it will be one sleepless 72 hour period. It will all be worth it, that is if you like anything to do with videogames.

Other then some stuff and things that made the comic late we are going about business about normal.

"Do or die!"

Opie did this, also found here rather finished it a few days ago for a contest on the art of deviance. Mind you all this is not a filler just thought that I should say that Opie could not finish the comic before work today so look for it some time late tonight or tomorrow morn, early, or that is the hope.

In other news there is much coming to the inter webs keep your eyes looking for what is to come, that is if you can see it.

There is much to say and I really don't feel like saying it. Any way first is for two weeks now we have done this. I have to say that like all COPS stories this weeks comic is based on a true story or at lest some what and here is the proof

So it is an unplanned parallel, but with the start of the somethingth Olympics we had a celebration of our own seen here. Mostly it was just that Opie really wanted the world to know that he fell asleep on some random lawn on his way back home last week. Other then that really it is a succession of random proceedings.

In other news here at NTDTP we have made good on a promise, this being two comics a week. so yeah it looks like Saturday and Wednesday will be comic days around here.

"Dingaling"

Wait what is THIS! Could it be another comic, with the potential of a second one this weekend oooooh.

Anyway we have been playing a lot of Mega Man the last two moths in anticipation of 9 coming out next moth. Currently we are on 4, almost done, but have been talking about 9 quite a bit. The one thing that always comes back is this Splash Woman, all I could find. If you are like me just watch this a few hundred times and it may satisfy you until 9's release or make you play the first 8 first 6, guess it is how you view it.

On a side side note, I do know that Mega Man does not become the Boss but he just gets their power, but I still think that there is a question to be answered there if any one thinks of one let me know.

Sorry about the late update again but Opie was not around to finish off the comic so I had to wait until now for him. Personally I like to try to get the comic up before or at noon but that is me and Opie has always worked in his own ways.

I have said it before but Opie has become some what addicted to Mana. Personally I like it, it is something that I have stocked up on but really it will not replace Bawls in my mind but it is good. The real problem with either drink or potion as the case maybe, they are a bitch to find, Frys near you if not there is always the interweb. As for bawls you can do the QFC thing for a while but it starts to make you really feel like an asshole after some time, that being the fact that every time you go to QFC you buy all the bawls that they have. The only solution that i have found is this at amazon

It is true we have started 2 comics a week. God i hope this lasts. We have been playing so much MegaMan that we thought we shouold probably make a comic about it. That and we are so excited about MegaMan 9 that we could just pee our pants.

I also found this and thought it was interesting. I'm looking forward to the new movie. Gumb and I also got some of these Cards to try it out. Its interesting and hopefully moves beyound just the clonewars.
